I see "Update New Post Indicators" in the profile link but it doesn't seem to work very well.

Really? It worked a little too well for me! I clicked on it just to test it and sure enough all of the morning's posts that I hadn't read yet were no longer lit up as unread anymore so I had to go through them one at a time and try to figure out which ones they were. hehe
