I have a friend who wants to pose for me on a webcam and wants me to put her picture off the webcma on here...but! Here webcam when she turns it on is a static screen :S. She was asking about a digital signature for a drive was... She says she can;t uninstall and re-install it cause it says installation incomplete anyone know what i can tell her to fix it? Thanks

Remove any components, drivers, and software concerning her webcam. Try to find with a tweek programme what drivers the webcam needs and install. Re-install all drivers and software from scratch. I dont think a digital signature is needed for these things except that her O/S is Win XP-Service pack 2 .. so she needs some patches and fixes to bypass the Service Pack 2.
