I'm thinking of starting a business where I sell foot-fetish pictures on demand. You give me the topic or scenario (Ex: Photograph your feet taking a bath, etc....) and for 10 bucks receive 20 digital pictures. etc....... Any suggestions?

Best of luck to you on your ventures. Looking for suggestions? How about in addition to custom photo sets, you could offer custom video clips? Or both photos and video as a package deal?
My personal opinion is that video is a more popular and in demand form of media. Technology is allowing for easier home editing capabilities, and higher Internet transfer speeds.

You may just want to go the images4sale route and post picture sets for sell from there. They get a 40% cut of what you sell, but they handle the storage of pics, credit card processing, distribution, etc. The only thing is that picture sets do not sell very well and 20 for even $10 will probably not get you many if any buyers. I've got picture sets on there with up to 40 selling for under $10 and even those don't move like a movie clip as mentioned by Bondo.

If you're able to make DVDs, that'd be a big plus. I myself, (asides from this past week and next week) don't have regular access to a computer, so it is a lot more convenient for me to get a DVD mailed.
When you get your site up, let us know. I'm definitely interested.
