So...What did you think? I thought it was a really great (non)conclusion. Chase built up all that tension in the final scene and then...nothing. I loved it! Totally original and unexpected.

it sucked beyond belief, it was such a pussy move to end it like that, it was like they didn't know how to end it so they just stopped in the middle of filming
I love the argument many people are using sayng "in real life not all loose ends are tied up, that is why chase ended it like that"
hey asshole the sopranos isn't real life, I watch it to get away from real life and since when did sopranos ever resemble real life? you can't push a man out a window like christopher did to paulie's nephew a few weeks ago and not go to jail for assualt, you can't beat up a guy in front of your house and not get arrested for assult like aj's friends did to the black kid, you can't kill numerous people and not once get questioned for murder
the list goes on and on
FUCK DAVID CHASE
he basically spit in the face of all the people that made him a rich man
I hope he gets whacked

oh and the whole aj storyline the last 2 seasons was a complete waste of time
all season he's whining and then all of a sudden he's ok and has no impact what so ever, why dedicate so much airtime to him if he is just going to become a producer for a shitty B movie?
I would say that was my favorite show over the last couple years but now I'm thinking that I and everybody else overrated it because all the show did was tease and make you think things would happen a certain way and then they would just disappoint, I was never shocked by what they did, the whole series was a complete tease
got better and more creative drama on Melrose Place
is it obvious how disappointed I am in the finale?

I understand why you and a lot of other viewers thought the ending was a cop out. However, I think ANY conventional(cliche) ending wouldn't have been very satisfying either. It definitely got people talking and apparently touched a nerve. BTW, I don't think people who have different opinions than you are necessarily assholes. Just sayin'.

no matter how they ended it there would have been people talking, the show was that big
what other non sports show gets talked about on ESPN?
i've wondered for 6 years how they would end the show and they did it in the worst way by doing absolutely nothing
no they're not necessarily assholes lol but so many people have wrote columns saying that "life has many loose ends that are never tied up" and david chase basically said the same
I can't help but be annoyed by that seeing as how the show wasn't realistic whatsoever so to comapre it to real life I feel is a slap in the face
he just left it that way in case he decides to do a movie, which at this point he says they won't but people often change their minds when money is involved
