Ok I'm about to down a 'Banana Bread Beer'. Haven never tried it before so just bought the one bottle $7 500ml at 5.2% alc vol. Here it goes....
First of all it ain't a twist top so don't wreck your hand OUCH! lol
Smells aley, if that's a word.
Suprisingly nice.
Goes down smoothly.
Slight bananary after taste.
Can taste the banana a lil' stronger when you burp
I think it goes down a lil' too easily lol. I can see myself getting drunk quick over this.
The banana taste isn't strong enough to kill the beer taste.
This is the type of beer I'd have with a meal.
This is a beer I could drink all night. Some beers I've tried can be a lil' too exotic where you can't drink all night maybe only one or two. Like you'd drink a 6 pack of your favorite beer then followed by 1 exotic eg, Fat Yak.

Funny you should post this. A friend of mine who makes moonshine recently gave me a jar of some fermented with bananas. 150 proof. Really good if you like to swallow lava.

Ok, my budget was a lil' tight this week. Just before I walked into the Liquor Store I said to a friend of mine to watch my bags and said "I'd be LUCKY to find cheap beer"..... Ok so I walk in and was browzin' and 'Lo-n-behold',,, there, cheap beer $10 six pack of "LUCKY BEER". Have never seen it there before and the dude behind the counter said they just got them in. And guess what...... the dude behind the counters name.... FUCKING LUCKY!!!! minus the Fucking Yeah his name was Lucky. It just blew my mind....
Anyhoo about to do a Live tasting now....
Well it gets a 10 outta 10 for bottle design. Buddah is molded right into the glass. Guess I can rub his tummy before I open it for good luck
Here it goes.....
Volume of alc is 4.8% but tastes really weak....
It's like fizzy water with 40% of larger....
Too easy to drink....
300ml and it's almost gone lol....
I think the beer taste is watered down so much I think even girls can drink this....
I wonder if it'll taste different if I didn't rub his tummy lol
The buddah is smiling and so am I
Gone... That went down quite quickly and I wasn't even thirsty.
I think this beer is for teenagers.

Banana flavoured lava sounds tasty lol. I got a friend of a friend who makes moonshine but I guess I got a bad batch coz I got sick. Ain't moonshining anytime in the near future

Don't even know if you can consider this a beer. 'Young's Double Chocolate Stout'. Sounds YUK but always into tryin' something new, so just got this 1 bottle $7 500ml at 5.2%alc.

mmmmmm.... first sip, suprisingly nice
feels full.... like 3 mouthfulls crammed into 1...
Can't taste a strong beer taste sorta slight beer taste with added malt...
The beer itself doesn't have a chocolatey flavour, but a chocolatey after taste, like you've finished eating a piece of exotic dark chocolate....
This will only be a one off and won't be buying this again any time soon. I would maybe think this is a milestone or a goal beer. Sorta like someone says "break out the champagne" you could break this out. I'd probably say that this is the champagne of beer...... Pussy Beer...lol

Ok just bought a bottle of Moorhouse's - 'Black Cat'. 500ml @ 3.7% vol Alc. Sez A Dark Ruby Ale With A Rich Dry Chocolate Malt Taste. Sounds discusting 'bluah'. Anyhoo here it goes.
...Has a smell a lil' like soy sauce ....

I can't really taste anything...
Sorta like a weak ale with alota fizz...
BURP!!!
slight malty taste.....
I've already come to my conclusion before finishing the bottle....
Another beer for light-weights....

Just picked this one up for $6. 568ml at 5.2% alc. Don't know if this one is a legitament one because I've just had a handful of Corn Chips with some Salsa (Medium) dip. Anyhoo...
Ok let's give this one a whirl now shall we...
Plesantly refreshing....
Can't really explain the taste...
It's not quite bland per say...
You could say it's balanced...
Quite nice....
Not too aley....
Each mouthful is like biting into a fresh apple...
I'm ejoying this one....
Ok, I wouldn't drink this all night but It's definately a good starter

Ok here's another review or veiw (presently tasting) another brew. Picked up this one "LICK PIER - Ginger Beer" Scored it for $8 660ml @ 4% alc.
Just looking at the content through the bottle before opening it, looks as if it's just gonna taste like the Bundaburg Ginger Beer taste.
Not twist top..lol Ouch...
Smells like ya typical Ginger beer....
Aaahhhhhhh..... very nice ....
Can't really taste any alcohol...
Quite refreshing....
It's more of a thirst quencher....
I'd like to drink this on a hot hot summers day...
Not much to say as the taste is not distictly different from the standard non alcoholic version.
