I know more than a few of us are "hobbyists", as the term is known. We usually think the bad scenarios are: bait and switch, set up to be robbed, or a resulting physical altercation.
This thread really fleshes out those scenarios and adds many we probably didn't know about.

I'm not a hobbiest, but knowing what to expect and look out for can put the mind at ease If I become one.... and maybe set up precautionary measures to ensure you have all bases covered should a predicament arise .I'm faily precautionary towards alot of things anyways through experience making a whole lot of shitty mistakes growing up.
Thanks for the link 'jediofthefeet', I've taken some points from it. Maybe someone can design a site where individuals have ratings, reviews and/or trust stars/points system where the consumer can feel safe like in eBay, maybe a DiscreetBay or FootBay

I always make sure that the escort has positive reviews. If there isn't any then I wait and watch to see how often they post ads and if the information changes at all. I never have them come to my house and I also carry so I ain't worried about getting mugged. I've only done this twice btw and both times were worth the money. The next one I'm wanting to see has her own website and posts ads regularly. Her reviews are the best I've seen and her rates are good too.

Sometimes, if you internet search a girl's number, you will find a list of sites where her ads are posted. You may be amazed to find pictures of other girls who are not currently associated with the number you searched.
