At the moment it's an album by The Last Dinosaurs 'in a million years'. Only a brisk walk and light jogging this morning. No I am not your typical fitness freak by any means, just a little exercise to get my endorphin hit when I can.
Just a curious question, what do you listen to during physical activity eg running, walking, cycling, weight training, bag work etc...

I hit the gym about 3 times a week running on the treadmill and weight training. The only thing that works for me is metal music. Has to be loud and aggressive for me to get into a groove. However, some industrial will also get the job done.
Megadeth, Slayer, Judas Priest, King Diamond, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Helloween, Skinny Puppy, Ministry, and NIN. have had heavy rotation on the iPod.
One time I was listening to King Crimson while on the weights and was not doing my best. Realized after a moment that even though KC is one of my favorite bands, it didn't lend itself to doing curls.
When I'm bike riding I usually play Pandora stations on my phone and I can listen to anything. 60s British Invasion era, Folk, classic rock. I road bike 40+ miles at times and I like to feel at ease.
