Arturo Gatti found dead!!! Couldn't believe it when I saw it! It's a shame especially considering he was on his honyemoon!

Yea man big loss...I am a huge fan and the Ward fights were epic...

Have you noticed all the celeb deaths in the news...it's crazy...Read a book called the Tipping Point about how things tip/get big etc. From business to social phenomena...and when Marilyn Monroe died - so many suicides happened all over the world...I think there have been a slew lately intentional and not....

There is also a theory about the Hope Diamond and the havoc it wreaks on the country that holds it....and we have it now...More at 11...

Wow, 09 is becoming a really bad year for death. I loved to watch Gatti fight, it was like watching a street fight up close

You said it! They're dropping like flies this summer. Gatti was a true warrior. RIP

That was crazy. Gatti was one of the greatest warriors I've ever seen in the squared circle. What a terrible tragedy. RIP

that's a shame,

he fought his heart out and never really got to enjoy his retirement!

I was and hell, still am, a huge Gatti fan. Other than de la Hoya, no one did more to really get me into boxing than Arturo Gatti. As a hardcore boxing fan myself, Gatti was like a demi-god, a god of violence and willpower who gave you everything he had every time out, and showed nothing but class afterward. He gave me so many memories. I'll miss him a lot, and it's especially sad because he'd only been retired for 2 years. Hadn't even really begun to enjoy it. War Gatti forever. You're a true warrior. Maybe you and Alexis Arguello are sparring a bit in heaven.

What the hell is going on? So many deaths and we're only half way through the year. I loved watching him fight.
