I thought this would be a fun thread to start up for everyone. I got the idea because I found this Chemical Brother's music video that has a lot of the girl barefoot at the beginning. Go ahead and throw 'em in if you have 'em!
I don't have this one, but Nelly Furtado's "Turn Off the Light" supposedly has some decent foot shots in it, from what I hear.

There's a U2 video with The Edge having his face rubbed by two pairs of feet. I forget the song, but the video was featured on either an MTV or VH1 list of worst music videos of all time, and was commented on by both Dr. Joyce Brothers and Pauly Shore.
On top of that, add in any Joss Stone video. And that one real jazzy chick who plays piano, a brunette. Both of them seem to be barefooters.

possibly the best ever I have seen was 'Who's loving my Baby 'by Shola Ama, saw the music vid years ago but can't find it anywhere, not even You Tube! It involved Shola sat on a giant bed through out the song. This pic may remind you?

"Hotel Yorba" by The White Stripes...Meg White is lookin' cute as usual and her feet don't find shoes at all in this video!
I aint linking, but Kylie Minogue has a history of being bare foot, right back to her 1st hit "Locomotion". Her clip for "Breathe" is astounding! I think i counted about 11 clips where she is bare foot.
I recall the Deanna Carter clip. She's in bed, wriggling around under the sheets. Faith Hill had a similar clip.
And who can forget Sheryl Crowe's "Soak up the sun"?
I watch the country music channel here in Oz. Not because i like country (i frigging despise it) but its about the only place in the world where white women are barefoot and wearing "Daisy Dukes".

Madanna--"Cherish." She's barefooted throughout it. Also "La Isle Bonita" (I might have the name slightly wrong). There's a nice scene of her kneeling and showing us her soles. The Go Gos--"Our Lips Are Seeled." The girls wade barefoot in a public fountain. The British singer Kate Bush appeared barefooted in a number of her videos.

Steps Stomp has a brief shot of a lovely bare foot (with a nice arch) with a strappy sandal dangling off the big toe by its strap - blink and you will miss it (its at 2:54) but very sexy!

I think that what you said points out once and for all just how MOTHERFUCKIN' STUPID MTV and VH1 are. That video was fantastic! It was creative, and entertaining--and that's even apart from the fact that the two feet that rub the Edge's face are fuckin' tasty sweet looking!
