If you're already having a sexual relationship, just slip it in during sex or foreplay. Otherwise, keep quiet for now and try and get to know her for the time being. Perhaps her opinion might change for you if she likes you enough.

If the relationship is at a sexual point, I have always found that kissing a girls feet while in the missionary position has worked for me every time.
