laundromats if you have one in your apartment building! Almost everytime I go down to do laundry there is at least one girl in there wearing sandals!

If you live in a big city, parks are the best by far! On a nice day at lunch time, I can usually spy dozens of completely barefoot babes sitting or lying in the grass. Bryant Park in NYC actually has thousands of lightweight movable chairs and scores of women will sit on one chair and prop their bare tootsies up on another one. Last year they even introduced backless chairs to use as "ottomans"(this it what they called them on the park's website) which offer a completely unobstruced view from just about any angle!

College campus greens can provide just as much eye-candy. College libraries come in a close second. However, I often find girls in libraries will sit with their feet folded underneath them which can be frustrating.

True. Ever watch Inhale on Oxygen network? Good show. Usually comes on about 5 in the morning M-F. 5 central, that is.

Bookstores, libraries, or any place with carpet are my favorite foot hangouts, as they allow women to get comfortable, which usually results in shoes coming off. college_footguy mentioned shoe stores, which I agree to a point... that's an EXCELLENT source of female feet, but you can't hang out too long without attracting attention to yourself, unless you bring a female with you (which can be another thing in itself sometimes).
