I neglected the thrust of the question, though. I don't think in terms of positions, though. We do. Here's our repetoire and why I like each one:

I know how you feel because I've experienced the same thing at times- quite frequently. I believe that I have a foot fetish- truly needing feet to get off. So even though we're using different positions (as I described)you notive that the common theme is her feet.
