Depends what she's been walking in. Ordinary dirt and dust won't make you sick on their own, but you never know what else is lurking. I wouldn't do it myself but, hey, it's your party.

Good q...Most commonly Id say its possible to get bacterial infections eg. Staph, Strep, E.coli or Psuedomonas infections etc but you probably wont with an intact immune system.. On the other hand the most morbid or lethal infection might be HIV or Herpes if she has any open wounds or active Herpes virus on the foot... Thats one of the things about foot fetish fun.. In this day of sexually transmitted disease..It is probably safer then pure unprotected sex..

Honestly I wouldn't do it. Would you lick a dirty floor that had dust on it or go outside and lick dirt? I wouldn't do it whether it's on her feet or anywhere else. Do something fun like lick chocolate syrup off her feet or whip cream. That would taste a lot better. Just my opinion. Enjoy whatever you decide to do.

I think you mean Thrush, which is a form of Candida..Its normal flora in everyone which is only a problem when there is overgrowth.. It CAN be treated! Once again Thrush is more likely to be opportunistic if ones immune system has a weakness.

Licking her feet is hot! I would think you would be better off if she gets them a little dusty, and not full out filthy. I find bare feet that walk around the house, or feet after working out, the most fun. Real dirty muddy feet does not turn me on, too filthy, too much, actually turns me off! Dusty feet are sexy, and a little smelly, and I think offer less chance of some disease, or germ, then real dirty feet!

1)You are unlikely to get disease from the average female foot..But having full unprotected sex the risk of getting disease is probably at least 10 fold..[this is one of the good thing about foot fetish] 2)Many bugs like HIV dont live long outside the body..The main ones to watch out for would be Hepatitis A,B, or C Herpes, Warts (which you can see) and common bacteria..You are better off with a clean fungus free foot..

I tried this very exercise once to recreate the look of 'beach feet.' It was nice, if it's visibly dirty feet you like, but for me, it's more the salty, natural taste I like. For some reason, the smell/taste of feet seems to be about 40-45% of the appeal for me. But the chocolate powder mix I used was kinda fun, but I didn't get a truly pulsating boner until I licked ALL of the chocolate off.

I'd say it would depend. Ordinary sweat after a girl took off her shoes and socks, maybe not. If she was walking in something really disgusting, mud, tar, etc, that I dont know.
When I was younger, I used to smell babysitters feet right after they had taken off their shoes and socks. (All females of course). Even though it was over 30 years ago, I can still recall one sitter whose feet I smelled saying to me: "You can get a cold from germs, from smelling my sweaty feet". I dont know if that's true, or if she was just saying that.
The only one that might be able to accurately give an answer to this question, would be a medical doctor, scientist, or podiatrist. They would know the type of bacteria on the foot, and whether or not it can really make you sick.

Don't worry you will not get sick! I lick the bottom of my wife's shoes a couple times a week and have been for years. I know when she first started to let me lick them she was careful of what she stepped in, now I know for a fact she could care less. No sand or crap those are the only off limit things.

There is a reason we throw out food that falls on the floor, it might not get you sick EVERY time but it certainly IS a danger. If you must have dirty feet then dirty them up in a safe way not just by walking on the streets.
