bruh, I"m a big guy, and I don't trust ANYBODY I meet onine in the initial meet. hell, it takes a lot for me to just meet them in the first place. on one hand, what're the odds they'll even know anybody I know? but at the same time, caution is key for me. to be tied up by somebody you don't know.... that's a personal thing man. how well can you honestly know anybody you meet online? she's somebody who's talking to you and is willing to meet you on a money agreement. who knows what she's capable of in real time? if you can come with 100 for her, who's to say she wouldn't have somebody with her ready to take you for more? I know a lot of bad people in this world, as a matter of fact, I used to be one myself. I would imagine in those days that if a girl I knew told me that she was gonna tie somebody up for money, we would sit around and plan how to rob the dude. Plan a location, time, method, extortion, etc.

(more than enough time for them to escape and get rid of all the evidence)
You go to the police station the next day, naked and all you have are the sheets from the hotel to cover your skin (assuming that the hotel workers will feel sorry for you, they'll probably let you keep the sheets), you file a report that you were gonna pay a girl money to tie you up and foot-fuck your mouth. The whole situation will sound very skeptical to officers because you rented a hotel room 2 hours away from your house. They'll probably think you were hiring a hooker or a drug deal gone bad. They won't feel any sympathy for you nor will they do their best to find the people responsible. You don't even know the names of the people who robbed you or where they live. Wow.
Also, put in mind that she's not gonna just meet up with a random stranger by herself, she doesn't know you or what your intentions may be. She'll probably have somebody else with her in the car regardless.

If you want something like that, check out some established Dominatrixes. They can charge heavily to reasonably depending on the kink and since you were offering that much, I'm sure you'd be able to find a girl who'd do it.
But I do agree on the random stranger thing. Heck, I actually did what I recommend above and didn't feel exactly right. Other than having my balls kicked and being made to say thank you each time (lol), all went well.

I agree with what everyone else said. I'm kind of into the tie up thing too, in addition to feet. I consider myself a switch, both Dom and sub.
I would never let any girl tie me up, until there was an established relationship, of at least rapport, and friendship first, even if not sex yet. I have to know who I'm dealing with.
