I was curious as to how foot fetish guys who are over 50, were able to satisfy there pleasure back in the days. Today's foot fetish man has alot of options going for himself...The Internet,Video porn, Magazines..even the women of today are into foot fetishism.

I wonder what it was like in 1940"s or 1950"s
or even the early 60"s. I think i would have been so frustated as to how to satisfy my foot fetish urges 30 or 40 years back.

People have been putting it into the butt since the days of Sodom and Gamorrah. I'm sure feet have been in the mix for a while too.

What i'm curious about is how. Without nail polish and pedicures feet disgust me! Unkept feet turn me off, so seeing as this sort of care is modern(or is it?) would I have had a fetish for feet? What if I lived in a shoeless society where beat up flat and caloused feet were the norm.

I wouldn't be surprised if women as far back as the Roman, Greek, and Egyptian Empires took care of their feet and had foot worshippers.

As far as 50 years agao or so, check out some of Elmer Batters foot fetish material. Maybe that will give you a good idea.

they were probably more deeply ashamed back in those days because they either felt alone or as if they existed in very small numbers, which also served the purpose of making them feel isolated or abnormal.

and lets not forget any publicity in regards to foot fetishism back in those days, as minute as those occurrences may have been.

assuming any foot guy did hear anything in the media about other foot fetishists or foot fetishism in general, it certainly was not good news. case in point from back in those days: highly disturbed fetishists like Jerry Brudos were the type of real life occurrences in the media that served the purpose of disseminating information about foot fetishists.

it probably made many foot men feel as if they should further conceal their fetishes for fear of guilt by association with other more reknown fetishists. Yes, many of you still know that drill from today, but not as badly as those guys who had to deal with it from the 50s-60s, etc. because there was FAR less good propaganda circulating to combat the bad stuff floating around.

I imagine other than the internet like you mentioned, the act of meeting a girl and revealing your foot fetish wouldn't be that much more difficult. People seem to think of past times as 'innocent' or something. What two people do alone hasn't changed in thousands of years I imagine, just now it's more talked about.

From the perspective of a foot guy who is 60 years old, I will tell you that it was a very difficult process back in the old days.

When I have more time, I will give extended insight as to what guys like myself had to do to meet our needs.

One could only get the Elmer Batters type stuff in the BIG cities and you had to know where the porn stores were; often, the porn was found in what was otherwise a regular bookstore with a "back room" that was pretty well concealed.

For my part I had to make do with regular porn mags and hope for a good shot of feet (rare - and the pages with the good photo would wear a lot faster than the rest of the mag).

I was fortunate that my family has been a group of boaters all my life so there were boating mags aplenty - many of the ads had bikini-clad, barefoot gals. This helped, too.

Otherwise, I spent a fortune on Polaroid film and taking shots of all my girlfriend's feet and trying to sneak (no small accomplishment with a noisy camera) shots of feet at the beach nearby.

In essence, I made do with what was available to me. Thank heaven for the internet - which has also taught me to be ambidextrous.

Sears & J.C.Penney catalogs, don't laugh there were lots of foot shots in there especially the spring & summer issues, otherwise Playboy looking for foot shots which didn't happen often enough, later on waiting for new issues of Leg Show to arrive at the local magazine stand, man i love the internet lol

I've read that Cleopatra painted her toenails. Or more specifically, she had a lucky slave do it!

I´m not even 40 yet but I would have loved to be an adult in the late 1960s and throughout the 1970s when all the hippy girls were walking barefoot in the streets. Wow!

Before the internet I enjoyed feet in fashion catalogues and women`s magazines.

You know I always thought that hippy girls who walk around barefoot were the shit, until I went to Oregon, where there were a lot of hippies in certain towns. Then I discovered how nasty feet become after you've been walking around exposing your feet to broken glass, dirt, oil, bird shit, etc

Well I've posted this many times before. Drawings of a Polish artist from the 1940s.

As a kid growing up in the early 70s I still remember lots of bare footed girls walking around in extremely short cut offs and tube tops with long straight hair. Loved that look and really hated it when the 80s came along and the girls changed to teasing their hair up and using all the hairspray. But I digress...

In societies like that foot fetishes probably don't develop at all.

Im in my 40's and pre internet days were pretty poor for seeing feet in porn.

In the late 80's Razzle magazine began publishing foot related letters and pictures - so that was always my fave !

those were more traditional times. so people were married before they had sex. and it probably wasnt a problem seeing as they were married.

and back then they were married really young (16-18yo), as opposed to today where the average age to get married is 24.
