I live in Kansas and recently had a experience of getting caught with aflip camera in my hand filming soles. a old librarian lady saw it and reported it. what do i do? what could i say i was doing?

As good an idea as any. I'd have to be in the situation to figure out how to lie my way out of it.
As you are figuring out, the best strategy is not to get caught. Next best strategy is to have an "explanation" worked out in advance.
This doesn't help you much but may help others who attempt the same thing.

I think this topic has come up before and was a fairly heated dibate where some people were happy enough with the idea of filming candid vids and some who are not so happy about it.
I am on the side of it is probably best not to bother filming candid stuff as it really does make you look like a weirdo. By doing it in secret you accept that your not meant to be doing it so you cant really argue against it.

I get a motel room at this motel america or something. The clerk had her shoes off and was rubbing her feet when I came in. Her feet were pretty, she was average, late 40's, homely as hell with glasses on.
I took the room, she walked me there, She asked me about my bags and I told her my camera gear was in there. We started talking about photography and she asked what kind of pics I did. I showed her Beautifulfeetonline.com and man I had been on the road for like 10 hours, I was horny and super, super tired, which is a weird feeling for those both simultaneously.
I 1/2 way thought it would freak her out and she would make an excuse to leave. Bro, she takes off her shoes and starts posing them for me, before you know it I'm smelling her feet and stuff. This chick starts talking about God and how she loves going to church and shit while I'm just smelling the shit out of her feet, loudly... Be honest and you want get caught! I ask because a no mean no and yes mean yes was my policies before I started to take pictures of women feet. I don't care what they think of me because it is a hobby and I like pictures & videos of women feet. For instance, one of my college professor I just ask and she asked me was it a college project I said no and explain. She came by my home several times for photographying.
