I believe end keeping neighbors as neighbors especially if she is married. Unless, her husband knows about how I feel about their wife feet. Me, if I find a woman who feet I like and she is married. I have to get his approval too, if not I want go for her feet.

I don't see any problems with it, go and have fun.If they were in love and married that much she wouldn't have let you even touch her and avoid you from that day. Its a temptation thing, like you want what you cant have, but if you do get it you wont stop...until your caught with your pants down and have to run really fast to avoid getting stabbed.But don't worry about that your still at the safe stages. I find the women who are in relationships or married enjoy having there feet worshipped and pampered,the bf or hubby does not pay attention to her feet and its not like your going to have babies and skip country,its harmless fun.
