I just got bad news not too long ago when I was going to lay down and go to bed. Aliza called me and was really upset. Apparently someone mentioned to her step mothers that she posed for me site (thinking it one of my big mouthed bosses who knows about my site too and deals with her step mom where she works too).
Anyhow, once her dad was told, he flipped out on her. She was upset and asked if it would be possible to take her photos off the site. Normally I wouldn't do it, but this girl has been nothing but the sweetest of friends to me and I can't stand knowing me not taking them off caused her to have family issues. So I just did.
I thought it wouldn't take too much time, but I just added wallpaper designs, buddy icons, avatars, site buttons and new banners with her in them. So I did a quick and dirty job, but still have some more to do. I'm too tired to do the rest right now, and really feeling down and out over this.
Ugh... Sorry for venting.

Well, all sorts of strange things happen in life. I'm not sure that posing for your rather tasteful photos is something degrading to a woman, I doubt my wife or I would be upset if our daughter wanted to do something like that at 18. However, if I ever saw her on something like "Girls Gone Wild " I would murder her without further notice.
Ultimately, you did the right thing when called upon to do it- so you you should be proud and happy rather than sad. As we often discuss here- models appear and disappear very quickly as a rule. We enjoyed seeing this beautiful young woman when you presented her to us, and I'm sure that you will find equally interesting new ones in the future like Scotty says...

No need to worry, I am NOT going to be calling her dad on this. I could have been an ass and said, "I paid you and you signed a model release form - too bad!" but that's not how I work for my friend, one I really adore.
Thanks everyone for the support with saying I did the right thing. I am talking to Aliza right now and told her everyone had nothing but nice things to say about her. She says she is sorry and really liked doing the photos. She was supposed to be my Christmas model, so I need to locate another to do that here last minute. And believe it or not, I had been talking to Wu about having Aliza be a Feature Model and represent Soles of Silk in 2011. She was VERY excited about that, now upset she can't.

I was HUGE on this girl from the very first time I saw her. Such beauty and potential....all shot down.
I think we can all say it in no way is related to anything you did Pat.

I know the substitute you'll find will be as hot as Aliza!
Not sure the whole depths she has with her family...and Filipinos are quite close to their families...she might break away and ask to be a part of the site again.

Cudos FIASCo and i say the same, sometimes we run into this type of situation and it is always best to do the respectful thing, by doing so when the family drama may not be such an issue you have demonstrated compassion with her situation and she may come back to pose one day!

Well, this is truly a shame. Especially considering all that was planned for her; I was really looking forward to seeing more of her.
I really hate it when parents get in the way of what their kids want to do. I understand if it was something illegal, but this was anything but. They're probably one of those "What will everyone we know think?" types of people.

Oh man, what a nightmare. I feel you! Itīs one of the worst things that can happen to a model and to the photographer/webmaster.
Iīve been in similar situations four times, with the husband calling me and threatening me. No fun!
And one of my recent models had big trouble with her super conservative family when they found out she was modeling her feet.
