I have to agree. A clothed woman who is barefoot or wearing sandals is much more of a turn-on than a naked woman (or even worse, if the naked woman is inexplicably wearing closed shoes such as pumps).

Normally I would say its cheating, but his wife was right there watching him and having a good time. If he did this without the wife knowing or she was against him touching another womans feet, then it would be cheating. I guess it depends on what kind of relationship you are in.
