They got sued by a distributor of gay porn because of their videos being uploaded by users. They also can't pay their server hosts or something due to legal fees, so the server shut down and they're looking for a new host, allegedly; it's unknown if they'll be able to being over existing videos to the new host if they succeed in finding one.
Oron is garbage anyway, so it's no big loss. Sadly, it seems that with Megaupload gone, nearly all file-hosting sites are trash; the only exception being MediaFire.

I agree, but sometimes you had no choice but to use them.
Rapidshare went to the dogs also..... slow as shit!!!!!

Oron has been under increasing pressure recently, particularly due to a lawsuit brought by adult movie studio Liberty Media.
In response to that suit the court froze Oron’s assets and then denied them access to funds to pay LeaseWeb, their host at the time. Whether LeaseWeb have been paid or not remains unclear but it seems almost certain that Oron are now heading for a new home.
