I just got done watching The Avengers, great movie, and after seeing Scarlett Johansson I couldn't help but Google her feet. They're definitely not as sexy as the rest of her. I notice that it seems most celebrities don't keep up with their feet as well as the rest of their bodies. I'm guessing always wearing high heels takes a toll. But it seems most girls are pretty self conscious about their feet but celebrities just don't put in much effort. Of course, this is just me being picky. If Scarlett walked through my door right now I'd be on my knees in a heart beat, lol.

I'd wager a lot of it has to do with the fact that they do end up wearing a lot of expensive heels. They're slaves to fashion. Also, just depends on the celebrity, just like anyone else. Some take normal care of their feet, others take extra special care of their feet.

Yeah heels do take a toll on the Podia overtime. It does make sense that they neglect attention to their feet because all their lives the camera/media has been focused on their facial features and body 97.7564% of the time. There are a few celebs with cute feet though but not many IMO.

you have bad luck in your searches because in my experience, which is quite in deep if i may say so, the majority take good care of their feet.
