I've never really noticed any correlation between a chicks "hotness" factor and her willingness to cater to foot fetishes.
However, I've noticed that in a lot of instances (but not all), that the uber attractive girls tend to be a little less "active" in bed at first, if you know what I mean. I attribute that to LeDaemon's theory above.
The less attractive girls are ready to "earn their keep" from the get go. If you can get an attractive girl interested in you, she'll eventually come around as a means to "earn her keep".

While I agree with most of everything else you said, I have a hard time believing this part here.
Attractive women could very well be into a guy but still want to keep their career going. So her saying that she has to be up early could be an honest answer and not a lie to let the guy down easy. I don't think these women are losing their jobs left and right, but I do think they'll stay out later with men they like as opposed to men they're not attracted to.

I think we can all agree that whatever number on the scale a chic may be, her feet will also have a scale of hotness. Ultimately I think if she turns you on, then it's a winner. I see more hot chics with feet that attract me than I do with ones that turn me off. The "Hotness" of a woman's face or body has nothing to do with her feet, well in my opinion . In fact, I believe that the "Hotness" factor jades the opinion of many foot guys.
