Wow...I never really thought about it but it's only been 10-15 for me...I've been with my fair share of women over my life but I didn't really worship or rub every all of their feet. I would only sex-it-up with women with pretty toes but I didn't really learn about footjobs and "Real Foot Worship" until I was in my mid 20's.....Maybe it was my early 30's...

Over 50! I'm glad to say! Keep in mind, though, most of my gals are hired, meaning I pay them. Does that count? lol. If I had to ONLY include girlfriends and hookups then I'd be around 10 or so. I've been seeing call girls since I was 25 years old and I'm 44 now so, yeah, a lot of feet!

Wife, Girlfriends, friends, acquaintances, and a few strangers = about 30 pairs of feet. Call girls, massage places, dungeons, and strip clubs, all the feet that I paid for over a 30 year period = about 70 pairs of feet. I would say my grand total is honestly between 90-100 pairs of female feet, and I am 50 years old.

I can only think of 10 but I know there's been a few more. If you include trampling in this, make it more like 20. I've never paid for feet though and I've been in relationships most of the time I've known about my fetish.

I think a conservative estimate for me would be a little more than 40, but if I'm not at 50, then I'm rapidly approaching. This year's been especially prolific for me, for better or worse.

In my 28 years of life ive had sex with 36 women. Every single one has had their feet at least in my mouth. The number of fjs ive gotten is at least 50% of that (without including girls ive had sex with). Add foot rubs and other not-particularly sexual encounters and I'm well over 100.

Given my age, my early attraction to feet, and that I was a slut the moment I realized what my penis was for, I must conclude that I am well into triple digits, though I never tried to count.

I had a particularly good run from the mid-seventies to the mid-nineties...which compensates for the series of droughts through which I have gone since.
