Hey guys,

I just wanted to ask your opinion on the link between foot fetish and submissiveness (when it comes to sexual activity, not a personality type).

I'm the dominant one in my relationship, but i get turned on the most by my being submissive to my girlfriend - worshipping her feet and ass. I even deep down wished she forced me to give another guy a blowjob or lick her asshole clean after she takes a dump, though I think this would freak her out if I told her.

I notice a lot of foot fetish acts are also submissive. like Foot worship, having feet rubbed in face, trampling and crushing. Getting kicked in the balls and so on...

It can be complicated. For me, it's all amount feet. I agree there are a lot of submissive aspects to foot worship, and I get turned on by that. But I enjoy feet with out really any submissive activity. It's really feet I love, ultimately.

But I think there is some link between some aspects of foot fetishism and submissiveness. I wouldn't say that foot fetishism is inherently submissive, though.

I love feet, but I do enjoy the submissive side of the fetish. I'm used to being the dominant and protecting person. I've had to protect my mother and siblings for many years.

I notice a lot of responses are that it is 'just' the feet that is liked, and I'm sure for many it is just the attributes of feet (size, smell, skin tone...) that turn them on.

However, feet are the lowest part of the body. We walk on them all day, get em dirty and sweaty and what not.

Also, culturally and historically, feet are considered low. Bowing at one's feet for instance.

So, to be so in love with this part of a woman's body, to revel in the fact that she can make you so uncontrollably horny with just her feet, i can't help but feel that it is the sense of being lower than the woman's lowest part that creates the allure - whether conscious or not.

I think the same thing goes with guys that are into ass worship too.

I do like to take the lead as feet are my thing but the thought of forced foot worship and smelling etc is one that makes me uncontrollably horny but I think it's more the feet than the submissive side

Well I am not submissive at all. I love smelly, stinky female soles but most of the times I take the lead. There is no connection between loving feet and being submissive, at least with me. Maybe it is for most foot lovers out there but not for me.

It's interesting because I don't need to be submissive to enjoy my foot fetish, but my girlfriend can make me totally submissive with her feet. I see your point, and I agree, there are loads of foot fetish things where the guy is submissive, I'm the complete opposite though, I like to be 100% dominant.
