For those who didn't know.

The Leg Show magazine and website is gone.

It is sad; I once had a subscription to Leg Show from 1990 until 2008. I cancel that subscription because the women photos showed too many skinny women wearing pantyhose was the biggest issue for me.

Yeah this is a magazine I first learned that other guys actually liked feet like me from. The early 90's were profoundly monumental for this mag! RIP indeed, looks like the internet wins.

Kind of odd it went belly up last year with no warning.

Though I never bought the mag or visited the site I know, from belonging to this forum, that they were a huge influence on many a foot loving man.

Leg Show was great when Dian Hansen was at the Ecitors desk. She had a great pulse as to what made us tick! What a shame that this magazine met this demise!

This is so sad, they were my earliest inspiration.

I'm with Adam. I don't know if it was Leg Show or Leg Sex mag, but I know I was floored when I saw Leggy Lana who was simply Lana back then, and Taylor St. Clair who was under a different alias.

Until I'd seen them, I never saw arches like theirs before anywhere--meaning in person, in print, tv, or movies. Later, I discovered FMConcepts and saw Andrea Neal on VHS.

Same here, loved it until it all became pantyhose. Some panty hose is okay, but lets face it. Feet are the main attraction.

As much as a revelation as Leg Show was, I think we can all agree that we were still looking for "Feet" only mags and there were still none or maybe something WAY far underground and cheesy.

When I finally found FM Concepts I was in heaven..those early VHS tapes of "Fresh Bare Soles" and the like were the most amazing things since sliced bread.

Peter, Peter: I agree towards the later 90's and and early 2000 that mag went downhill fast by adding pantyhose shoots and more and more high heels that barely came off. I guess the old guys really dug those shots because it reminded them of the 50's-60's.

Leg Show was the first foot/leg magazine I ever read. I read it for a few years before it started getting weird. It changed a bit and thats when I stopped reading it. But it was a great magazine.

Very sad to hear this. I used to read Leg Show often. In fact,. I acquired a good friend from that magazine. I once answered an ad of a straight male (like myself) into feet and foot tickling, and we were pen pals, and friends for many years until he died.

Sorry to see Leg Show go. It was a great mag.

Bummer...guess the Internet killed the magazine star. I still got my cache in a box somewhere...

I agree with the other comments that it made me realize there were other foot fanatics out there. And funny everyone mentioned the hose thing...I gotta admit I felt the same way. Seemed so many 'Elmer Bater' themes shoots. What ticked ne off the most was a photoshoot with Leanna Lei and I felt the guy taking the pics couldn't have gad a foot fetish irvwas trying for a too glitzy spread.

Still sad to see a monument fade away!

That's sad really! ;(

Wasn't Leg Show the first men's magazine to feature feet?

A pity, really. That's where I first got exposed to the fine art of the great Franco Saudelli. Alas.

That's a shame. Is there anywhere you could still buy some older issues?

I loved Leg Show magazine. Here are some of my reasons/memories:

- I actually had photos of Abby posted in an issue when we dated. They were in the homegrown submissions section.

- Abby and I met Kim T. and her husband through Leg Show's submission section - finding out we only lived 10 minutes apart at the time.

- I submitted a story or two (can't remember how many) that got published.

- Marcy made her debut on Soles of Silk right after turning 18. To celebrate, I bought her a Leg Show magazine to use in the set. She kept it.

- I learned all about Elmer Batters.

- I loved Ed Fox's work and ended up contacting him, oddly enough, for an interview for a college project.

- I learned about other unique fetishes I didn't know were out there - several of which, I've come to love almost as much as my foot fetish.

It's sad to see it go, but with the internet around now, I'm not surprised. I don't know if they ever did a web site version, or something like other magazines do where you can get them on tablets and such.

As for the content, I wasn't in love with the last issue I saw when I got one for Marcy. It was very little foot content in it. But in all reality, the magazine was called "LEG Show," and not "FOOT Show." A few foot titled magazines did pop up, from what I recall, and all of them were ho-hum.

It's sad but not surprising. I stopped looking at their mags around the turn of the century. They lost touch with what turned me on, and couldn't even hope to compete with what later came online.

They were good back in the early to late 90's. There are still three issues during that time in particular that I loved and still whack off to occasionally. I must've filled a gallon jug with semen over the years whacking off to those feet, and to this day I've never seen any of those pics posted online.

Before these mentioned magazines, I had to rely on typical porn mags to catch even a glimpse of some feet. What was very annoying was the photo cropping at the ankles or right at the toes. I would say to myself, "c'mon, really!" I even run across some websites now that look promising in the preview section only to be let down as a whole because of poor angles that show little or no feet. Yeah, I know, these are not foot fetish sites, but how blind can these photographers or publishers be to always neglect feet. Is it that weird? I still have a few issues of the "Leg" magazines but i do remember how some issues really did it for me and some I threw away after only one pass at it. Some of you may recall, Playboy even had some specialty issues based on barefoot women.

Heck even the Victoria's secret catalog had some decent foot pics in it if you had not seen much before that.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue was always good for some good sole shots too as they often had the girls tilted in such a way that the soles and/or arch was in the shot.

There was a quarterly newspaper-like publication

called "Foot Fetish Times" before that, and another of the same type whose name I cannot remember at this time.

I did SUBSCRIBE to Leg Show magazine from 92 until 2008 and I drop it because of to many girls in pantyhose and the women were to skinny for my taste. [Cry]

Oh hell yeah, the SI Swimsuit Issue was one of my "go-to's" back when I was a young teenager! [Big Grin]
