Let's say you meet this woman who is your dream woman. She has a beautiful face, great body and a cool, fun-loving personality. The two of you have much in common and it seems only natural that the two of you should have a relationship. What if even though everything else about her is wonderful, when you finally get her shoes off she has gnarly, unsexy, downright ugly feet. Could you live with it or would it kill the deal?

If she were my dream woman, she'd probably have at least "decent" feet.
But yeah, if she had all those characteristics AND could tolerate me enough to be my girlfriend/wife/whatever, ugly feet would never be enough to put me off.

I had it happen! One of my friends (her name is Laurie) should be my wife. We slept together, hung out, had a ton in common, talked on the phone for hours...I just couldn't get over the look of her feet. They weren't even really ugly they were just....like....almost kinda like a guys feet. Longer second (of which I'm not a fan), semi-flat footed, big. They were always painted cuz she is a nail tech and she wore toe-rings and ankle bracelets. It's just the feet didn't do anything for me. I have to have feet to die for or forget it. I'll live alone if not!

Call me a pig, but I would kill it too. I can't be with someone that has ugly feet or truly hates feet. I have a friend that hates feet so much, she avoids taking her shoes off if she can, sleeps with socks on, and puts her socks on before doing anything else when getting out of the shower.

Avoid this type of situation at all costs.
You have to find girls with a)sexy feet, and b)an accepting mind for it. If these 2 factors aren't in place, she's not your dream woman.

That's why I always make sure to see her feet before I get too involved. Most times her feet and openness is what would make me interested in her in the first place.

This seems like a cue that my foot fetish has to go so I'd seek counseling to get rid of it. Not really.
I mean I couldn't be a total asshole and say, "oh I think you're beautiful and have a great personality and we really click, but your feet just aren't there". I'd explore it to see where things would go. Most women's feet aren't ugly to me anyway.
Ugly how though? Shape? Hygiene? Bad hygiene is a turn off for sure for me.

Great topic, my wife falls in this category. She is perfect in nearly every way, long legs, big tits. great sex but her feet aren't perfect but they are talented. Doesn't matter though, because she is my dream girl. If your looking for one night of some hot sex and foot action then yeah it makes a difference.

If they totally repulse me, I'd have to let her go. I'm 54 and had my share of relationships and have never been with a woman who's feet are repulsive.

Believe me, I'd know if her feet were up to [my] par waaaay before I even realized we had anything in common.
Put another way; for a long term relationship, sub par feet would be a total buzz kill; for a one night stand, I would/might suffer it.

We can't even talk of a deal without pretty feet..Not average feet but pretty...It's not an issue of being shallow but I can't negotiate on the feet or kids or bad hygiene or bad teeth or bad skin..Though my girl is beautiful, I don't need a beauty queen...BUT THOSE FEET WILL BE BEAUTIFUL...No Doubt...

Yeah, that's the way I feel, too. I need a girl to have pretty feet if I am to have a relationship with her. If not it will be a complete turn off. But, wait a minute. Have you guys ever thought of this? What if your dream girl has gorgeous feet, but as time went on, they turned ugly and nasty? Then, what would you do??!! Get divorced cause her feet can't satisfy you anymore?

It's not possible. You skipped a few steps. What you described was a friend. I wouldn't be friends with someone I have nothing in common with, or who doesn't have a great personality. Every friend I meet, girl or guy, has to meet those qualifications. And obviously, if we were friends who hung out regularly, I would have already seen her feet long before I would ask her out.
