In my college I made a new friend yesterday but she's a 11th grader and I am so pissed because the whole age crap is stupid when it comes to young people who are 18/19 because she is half a student there and so technically she is a college chick but there's girls who are 16/17 there and she is very kind.
I mean think about it...either the age of adulthood should be 25 or 16

She my new friend and she let me film her soles today. Video on the Note 3 so it looks super clear. But I am upset because I don't think I am not allowed to post it on here even tho she is a college student and it's just feet.

I think it's gross for someone that young and if the person is young it would be an Asian which all looks very young. But my friend is 16

Since I graduated last year so I remember seeing the feet of girls in the grade before me. In gym and they are nice. Some people could be 19/20 and still be in high school.

The age of consent where I'm from in the UK is 16, so it wouldn't be a problem here if you were the same age or older.

Legal age should not be younger.

It should either be 21 or just left like it is (18). That 18 to 21 period is awkward so going younger doesnt need to happen...if anything go the other way.

My only thing is the drinking and smoking thing...maybe the legal drinking age (for beer/wine only) should be 18. If you're 18 you can buy cigarettes but cant buy alcohol??? Doesnt make sense to me.

Age of consent here in Michigan is 16, but for porn sites such as this one, it's automatically 18 for all models, since that's when teens legally become adults.

So just wait it out. At the very least, you can't post anything of her here until she turns 18.

Technically yes, or something that proves she agreed to what you were shooting and where the photos would end up. If it's just her feet you can decide or not as her face isn't in it.(age 18+). Does Wu check Model Releases, no..that is just for your safety so she can't come back and sue you or make you take them down. 20 years old or not, it's about consent.

Why would you take pics of an underage girl's feet? You're 18 and looking down the barrel of statutory here.

Why not just try to meet college girls over 18? Many are in need of money and would probably model for you if you play your cards right. Just don't tell them that you have a 16 year old friend whose feet you took pics of.

My advice is to lose the 16 yr old friend and hope that she doesn't come back and get you for letting you take pics of your sexual kink.
