I have never "made" a lady do anything she was not 100% wanting to do. I say, find an open minded girl you like and she likes you.....develop an honest relationship and explore each others kinks and fetishes as best that can be explored with the others total willingness and enjoy.

I strongly agree. One DOES NOT make a woman do anything.
Certainly, the most direct route to what you seek is to pay for it. I'm not sure that I would find this in any way gratifying.
The more satisfying (in my opinion) result is a bit more circuitous; it involves developing a relationship, mutual trust and curiosity. This takes time and patience and - well after she has learned to be comfortable with you - then you can introduce her to your desires. If you have taken the appropriate time & effort, you will know when or if you can make that introduction.
