I found these threads about girlfriends that have foot fetishes. I thought it was interesting because I have never encountered a woman with a foot fetish before. If they did, then they never told me.
I dated a woman who had a foot fetish once, and even though it's not nearly as common as with men, it's definitely a real thing. I would't say the girl in the first thread necessarily has a foot fetish, she seems to have very receptive feet to licking and sucking, but because she's not fixating on someone else's feet, I might categorize her differently from the other two women, who are clearly turned on by worshiping their their men's feet.

I know one model directly that has one. She will suck men and womens' feet... I was supposed to interview with her but she's 1.5 hours away, we just haven't gotten around to it. It's really rare in my experience, and the girl is usually at least bi, or outright lesbian. It is a real thing, Patrick, way back in the day, when I first started The Fair, I had a very devoted fan, a very attractive blonde who happened to have a major foot fetish and was a girl.

As far as some of the other comments go. I think there is some confusion as to what constitutes a fetish. There are various definitions, but if you look at any dictionary, a sexual fetish consists of a person being sexually attracted to an object or body part that is not considered a traditional erogenous zone: Penis, vagina, clitoris, anus, breasts, and scrotum.
To me, any woman who likes her feet worshiped, even if she finds it sexually stimulating, does not necessarily have a foot fetish. If a woman is sexually drawn to feet, whether male or female, and can achieve orgasm by just sucking and licking feet, plus considers worshiping feet as indispensable in her sexuality, that would definitely signal she has a foot fetish, in my opinion.

That's pretty much the definition. The better question by the OP would have been "Do you know any females who have a fetish for man feet?".
