What I can make out is its a game show where female relatives (I'm guessing mother/daughter combos) try to figure out which foot sticking out of the box is the relative and not a fake, by feeling on the socked foot blindfolded. This is the only clip that I have seen uploaded where the host takes off the sock, any other time the feet remain in socks. However when the woman reveals herself, her other foot is barefoot sometimes, so there's that.
I have no idea what went wrong at the time index that made the hose take off the sock, but...sexy.
