No, not sexy, and I feel sorry for her. I'd imagine, though, if one went to town on her feet that she would appreciate more than a lot of other women.

Very True! But her soles are pretty nice, and those big toes are perfect, it would take some getting used to put it like that.

Totally willing to try that out.
Once I met a girl who had her 4th toes surgically removed so she could better stand en pointe. Her feet were super cute.
All this said, it looks a bit like a Photoshop job.

For the record, she looks to have killer arches too..and her soles look great too. Those heels are awesome in the second pic.
