Came across this particular video while watching NFL predictions. SB Nation girl Susannah Collins is apparently an advocate for Rex Ryan and predicts the Buffalo Bills will advance in this season's playoffs. Regardless if you agree with her prediction or like Rex Ryan as a coach isn't the point, as from 1:25 - 2:03, she renders empirical evidence that demonstrates that even if some females aren't the biggest fans of feet themselves, not apologzing for your interest/penchant for feet (generally any interest for that matter) and simply owning it can in actuality tip the scales in your favor as opposed to feeling embarrassed, ashamed, apologetic and needing approval.

Yeah, I thought the scene that was thrown in for humor with the green puppet ogling her feet and saying, "Hubba hubba," subsequent her talking about how she is down with Rex Ryan's foot fetish, was pretty funny also.
As mentioned though, evidence that simply being confident, not requiring anyone's approval and being unapologetic about your interests, especially when it's something as innocuous as feet, can actually be seen as attractive.

I would just be worried that if i admitted it that all the women i work with or know would feel self conscious when they have their feet showing, especially in summer and would think I was always looking at them, which is not so. Maybe no such thing would occur.
I guess most see feet as dirty and smelly, personally I only like nicely formed, clean and fresh feet. not a fan of foot odour
I have only ever told one person, my best friend about my like for feet, traded for another secret of theirs. But i think my mum and dad know because they used to get my bank statements when I was at uni and would read them, after all they were paying for me and noted the 'Feetfair' payment on my account! they have never mentioned it

I will tell you what, my footlover told me about his foot kinks in such a confident straightforward way, that I would be the apologetic one if I wasn't cool about it...

You're welcome. Rex Ryan is indeed a great rep for foot enthusiasts, in my opinion. He's unapologetic for what he likes, he's confident in the decisions he makes and apparently doesn't regret them and he's a leader of men. Qualities and traits that generally aren't concomitant with that of insecure, weak willed males.
Like classyfeet mentioned, there seems to be a rash of topics that pertain to this particular subject lately. As very well there should be. Like GGN mentioned, if there's anything to be gleaned from this thread (and any other previous or future thread that is similar to this), it's that being insecure, secretive, ashamed, apologetic and needing to be reassured and patted on the hand so to speak and told that it's ok to like what you like, will get you absolutely nowhere.

No one should have to apologize for what they like unless it actually causes a problem for someone such as unintentional bodily harm. For every person out there that doesn't enjoy what you do, there's a dozen people that will.
