I just saw something on Youtube, and I did a forum search and didnt see it posted, so I thought I would.
I know that Howard Stern has tickled quite a few women's feet on his show, and put a few girls in his "Tickle Chair".
What I didn't know was..
I dont know how long ago, probably quite a few years..
He had Belinda Carlise, and another girl on his show.
He coerced Belinda to let him cut her stockings off, and smelled her feet both through her stockings, and barefoot.

I don't know about him having a foot fetish. I would be more inclined to say he doesn't. While he has tickled several girls' feet on his show, I recall him on at least one occasion state that he's just doing it to please the tickling community (he got a myriad of requests from the tickling community to tickle Pam Anderson's feet), making comments such as, "Guys apparently really get off on this."
If he does indeed have a foot fetish, he seems to be one of those guys that hides it and tries to play it off by essentially claiming that he doesn't get why guys would get off on it and acting as if it's weird.

Agreed! Been a huge fan for over 20 years. Although he explores certain kinks on the show, he definitely does NOT have a foot fetish, doesn't like butt sex and is a pretty normal guy as far as sexuality goes. Depends on what your definition of "IS" is. As long as he never says "I have a foot fetish" while broadcasting or being recorded, he can deny it and claim just like Tarantino did in his interview with Stern. I'd be more inclined to say he doesn't, but that's only because he hasn't come out and just simply said he has a foot fetish. Or at the very least, say he doesn't think there's anything "weird" about it so to speak. He strikes me as a person that would speak his mind and not care what anyone thinks, but I could be wrong.
If he does indeed have one, he seems to be one of those closet foot fetishists, where despite engaging in foot fetishistic behavior, they will go down swinging denying that they have a foot fetish and saying things such as "they don't get it" or that apparently "there's guys out there that get off on this kind of stuff".

you got your facts wrong, he had andre and anna on the show one time and he did not "drool" at her feet
he said her feet weren't even nice and was a bit disgusted at how sweaty her feet were, he also laughed at her unshaven legs, he had fun tickling her because it's a fun thing to do whether you are into feet or not

Howard did indeed have Andre and Ana tickle...whoes name is actually Michele on his website.
Howard was a bit disgusted by how sweaty her feet were and had to paper towel her soles off...so much so that Ana was a bit conscious.

If he had a well known foot fetish and he was open about it, like Quentin Tarantino for instance, I don't think he would need the tickle chair to use as an excuse or a way to get to the feet of his female guests. Given his station, I think many of them would willingly show him their feet if he asked and likely let him touch or massage them.
