I've heard the same thing. I understand that they don't want to haggle and I respect their set rates, but upselling for kissing on their feet during sex is ridiculous. Yes,you do need to be careful and wear a condom. Before you tap it, do a visual to see if you see warts or sores. You can get genital warts or herpies by brushing against your partner during sex.
