I'm not considering making it, since I don't have the resources or knowhow to make it happen, so this is more of a curious inquiry.
Most foot fetish sites focus on bare feet and especially soles, and getting them out of shoes if the woman is wearing any.
This hypothetical site would focus solely (no pun intended) on everyday women (focus on ages 18-45, though it could go higher depending) wearing sandals and other open-toed shoes; flat sandals, heeled sandals, flip-flops, gladiator sandals, platform sandals, wedge sandals, peep-toes, etc.. To the point where they will not show any completely bare feet; there may be occasional partial sole shots (such as lifting their heels from the flip-flops or flats, or via dangling), arch shots, and lifted toes, but otherwise the sandals would remain on their feet through the whole shoot.
Would this hypothetical site be one you'd be interested in supporting?

I'd support a site strictly on shoe play in flats, but there's enough free candid vids out there of that. I'm past my online porn days though. I'd much rather pursue and view the real thing.

Possible, but the more narrow you make the focus, the more narrow you make the audience usually. Sometimes, however, you can find a niche not really addressed and make something special.
