I hope this counts.. because it is a footsie scene, but it is a TV show from a long time ago.
Did you ever watch "Three's Company"?
There was a scene from one of the episodes, where John Ritter leaves his roommates, Suzanne Somers, and Joyce Dewitt, and moves in to cook for a couple played by Cynthia Harris. (The neighbor lady in Three Men and a Baby), and Jordan Charney. (Jack's boss, Mr Angelino, in later seasons of Three's Company).
Anyhow, there is a scene in the show where Jack is living with Cynthia Harris and Jordan Charney, and Cynthia Harris is playing stocking footsie, way up the leg of John Ritter's pants. It definitely looks like her, and not a double.
I hope this counts as what you wanted, but, it was one of the better footsie scenes that I've watched on TV or in Movies
