there was once a site called fetlife, kind of like facebook, where you post stuff about you and your kinks and fetishes and ideally people could contact you and meet up. If you are lucky, your city may have a lot of other couples and women into foot fetish. My city, st. louis, was only filled with women who "belonged" to their "daddies" and the few that had foot fetish listed as something they were into, really didn't like it.
