It's like a virtual extortion ring (Twitter & IG) where girls go to feed off men's sexual and fetish needs without even having to do anything but click open their Paypal and Bank Accounts. I cannot believe this is legal, I hope someday it's not and the platforms they run their bullshit on come after them with the full force of the law. It's literally crazy. I am not sure where those girls get the idea. I am assuming that their partners (*guys) tell those girls to extort money from the suckers who are willing to giveaway money. Okay, let me ask you this. Can you report to Twitter what happened? Pretty much everything you do has a trace unless you are doing business on the Dark Net paying with Bitcoins. Twitter might have her account and IP address and all. First and foremost, do NOT tell her you are going to threaten her. It will give her a chance to "flee the scene". You have to catch her off guard for it to work. If you let her know what you are planning to do to her, she will have time to counteract.
It's almost like a girl who is being followed by a stranger and warns the stranger she has a taser or pepper spray. Giving the enemy knowledge of what you have defeats the entire purpose. Then they will be ready, always catch them off guard.

Teah, you shouldn't ever have to pay more the $60 for one hour of foot worship. I believe footjob should be included as well. Out of all the foot sessions I had, I never paid more than $60/hr. Any girl who overcharges too much, tell her that your local massage parlor allows you to have EVERYTHING BJ, HJ(handjob), FJ(footjob), touch breasts and even sex for $200 or less an hour so why the hell pay $200 or more for a 1 hour foot session only? As someone who uses the title of Goddess, I think it's silly for you to generalize the term... Also, to point out the obvious, you should really approach Dommes who are established, have a large following, and have put out a lot of content via clip stores and such. This means they are industry professionals and are usually reputable. ANYONE can make a profile on Twitter - or multiple profiles for that matter... you could have sent that to a guy for all you know! Do a little more research before sending tribute. Unfortunately there are shitty people out there. Guys do this to us as well - buy things off Amazon and then cancel the order after the session... buy videos and do chargebacks... hell, I recently had some asshole cancel a $50 Giftrocket payment after a cam session, which I didn't even know someone could do until it happened! That was My own fault for not cashing it before the session, as I really know better after all these years - anyway, My point is that there are still plenty of real people out there, just don't be so quick to give your money away - most Dommes will want tribute up front, just make sure they're someone reputable! She asked him for money. He willingly paid her. It doesn't sound she promised him any goods or services, other than the ability to talk to her.
There will always be people looking for easy money, regardless of the expense to others. There is no way around that. However, guys can mitigate risk by being smarter and more cautious about who and how they engage on the internet.
