Without any context, I'm guessing this is a guy looking to make some easy money.

Create a twitter account, pull pictures of girls feet from the Internet and post of them, then ask guys to send money.

Sadly, some guys will actually do it in a futile effort to get attention.

People are free to spend their own money as they please, but I'd question anyone's sanity for sending money to someone you don't know just for posting pictures of their feet... even if it were a woman.
