Yeah, that's Felice Herrig. She's quite aware that she has a following when it comes to her feet, so she plays into it and is always posting foot selfie pics or short foot videos, like the one posted. Her WikiFeet page has a myriad of foot pics due to this.
Not sure why she's so into it herself though, whether she just simply finds it entertaining and plays into it for a laugh, or she has or had a boyfriend at one time with a foot fetish.

Nice feet. I don't know know many how many of you guys remember a wrestling association about 20 years ago that went by the name of GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling), they were on TV for a while, and they had an Asian wrestler, sorry but I don't remember her name, that always wrestled barefoot. I used to watch that show just because of her, as I'm not all that interested in wrestling, but she made it totally worth it for me. That girl looked Chinese to me, and had the sweetest looking soles, which I found totally mesmerizing. Man, I wish I could see them again, I guess I'll do a YouTube search, and get back to you guys if I find something.

I found her! She want by the name of Little Fiji, and I guess she was was supposed to be Samoan or some kind of Pacific Islander. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any of her solo matches, just a couple of tag team, but this will give you an idea of how hot she was. The video quality on this clip is low, so it's hard to appreciate her feet, but I think you guys will get the idea.
