I'm sure this has been asked over and over but I don't know how to upload pictures and can't seem to find how to do so anywhere on the forum. Can someone help?

Keep in mind you can't post pics here; you have to do that in the "foot pictures" section. (Though you can post a link to a pic. here at "foot talk")

Click 'choose image'

Choose image https://postimg.cc/ctr6PFHt/e9fd4f3c

Highlight "Hotlink for Forums" (by right clicking that link)... Right click again, and hold, the highlighted link and that will let you drag that link back to Wu's tab which will reopen Wu's. Still holding the link, drag it down to the dialog
box (this is the dialog box) and drop it there by releasing your right click.

P.S. This might not work with tablets, old com puters, or out of date browsers. You can practice it on an old thread.

In short, do this ... Open Wu's picture forum ... click on 'new topic' (lower left of the page) ... With a new tab open 'Postimage'... Choose image ... Highlight 'Hotlink for Forums' ... Drag that link up to the Wu's tab (which will open) ... Drop link in dialog box.
