Since Craigslist dropped their personals section, options for this have been few and far between. Most ads from Missed Connections get flagged and deleted. I have Locanto in my local area, but I've gotten very little response, and the responses I have had, I've not been certain of how serious they were. Does anyone have any tips or resources on doing this? Who I'm looking for is someone who's not a professional escort. Also, in the ads I've placed, I've never come out and mentioned money, but I have asked that, in their response, they tell me what they expect to get from our encounter. ahhhhh the golden years of CL! it used to be my fave means of hiring models but you can barely keep an ad up without them flagging it. Instagram works pretty well if you have a photography page.

I've still had the occasional luck on Craigslist. Use the volunteer section and keep things very vague. You'll get pic sellers but a rare one who's willing to do more. Exchange numbers or real email addresses fast.
You can also go the Instagram/Twitter/Reddit route. There are foot girls that travel. Sessiongirls.com is another option. They have fetish models and female body builders (just avoid them unless that's your thing). Haven't used them personally.

Craigslist is tough but you can keep trying. Or you can go on Bedpage, but that's just like professional escorts. Or if you don't mind asking random strangers if you can just worship their feet for money in exchange.
