When I was younger I was scared AF to be exposed. I remember in my early 20's at one job I got exposed because a few women rated me out. People started looking at me weird and even one manager pulled me to the side to talk about how the women were clowning me about it.
After that I was careful who I did it with at work.
Now in my 40's I can give a rat's ass who knows.

Seconded. A girl I'm with is gonna learn about it the first time we're in bed, but I'm not announcing it at a guys night with a loud "LOL! I totes love BOOBZ!" vibe. It's just not common enough and doesn't have enough acceptance.

That depends on what you mean by “open”.
A few one nights stands aside, most women I’ve been with fully knew about it. In that regard, I am far from bashful about it.
On the other hand, I don’t announce it to everyone I know either. Why would I? Some guys here apparently announce it to everyone they know... “Hi, I’m Chuck, and I like feet”. I’ve never understood doing that. That fact that I like pretty feet is just one part of me, but it doesn’t define me like some here. I don’t define myself by my sexual proclivities. It’s like walking around and announcing to everyone you see that you like a women’s ass.

I don’t let anyone know of my love for girls’ well-kept feet, but I have always let the girls (*that I was interested in) know right away that I liked for them to take good care of their feet. Instead of telling them I like to lick, kiss and do things to their feet, I’d just tell them well-kept pretty feet is a turn on for me. Things like that naturally leads to foot plays as most girls will love the extra attention you give them, When I met my wife. I basically told her the same thing that well-kept pretty feet turned me on our first date. After mentioning that to her, she just basically always had her bare feet on my lap, near my hands/body, or ok to kiss her feet whenever I wanted. She didn’t know anything about foot fetishism, but she loved the extra attention.

I tend to keep it a secret. No reason to tell anyone about it. I also don't like the idea of some close minded people thinking foot lovers are sick.
If I see the time is right, I will tell a girl and pay her for a foot worship session. However, I don't just openly tell anyone.

As an amateur foot model, I try to be as discreet as possible because of all the stigma out there. I love looking at my feet or my roommate's feet and I wouldn't mind if my friends found out but I feel like it could cause problems in my professional life like what happened to footfunk305.

I have always kept it on the down low but the women I dated could tell my interest in feet through foot rubs and such. Until I got married I didn't broadcast it. My wife enjoys the attention I give her feet and she takes care of them for me. Everybody wins! I have seen memes about feet being the new boobs and I think that is true to some extent.

It may be different for me because I’m a woman but Now that I’m in my 40’s I care way less than I did when I first came out. My partner fully knows the full ins and outs of the sexual side of it but I keep that just for him. However I don’t hide it I’m not actively broadcasting it either l have zero issues telling a woman “hey girl love your pedi” or those are fantastic shoes!”
