I mean, cartoons and animation can and have been used for erotic purposes. Japanese anime has an entire genre of it (hentai).
Plus, there are some things that are easier to do in animation than with live actors.

Gotta be honest, it was Olive Oyl's feet that made me realize how into feet I was when I was 6 years old. I saw one where she was sleep walking in her pajamas and with those huge feet. As I grew up, so did my foot fetish. I saw Buck Rogers in the theater in 1979 when I was 9 and the opening theme with a barefoot Pam Hensley and Erin Gray was the sexiest thing I'd ever seen!
