We've seen professionally-shot foot fetish interviews. One or more hosts, especially male hosts, clown or demonize the interviewee...someone they invited on their show as a guest not cannon fodder for their childish attempts at humor. Even female hosts can give their interview a difficult time. Saw the interviews with Steve Savage of Foot Night as he worshipped an Asian host's feet, and the Nikki Glaser interview with a foot guy. Neither went well.
This is by far the BEST foot fetish interview I ever saw! The host was understanding, and asked the right questions. Furthermore, he didn't demonize his guest for using a gimmick that got him feet for FREE.
