Just back from PF CHANGS!
Veggie Lo Mein and Veggie fried rice with water and an after dinner cup of Green Tea.
For lunch, I had a couple hand's full of raw Almonds.
Breakfast was Coffee with scrambled eggs and plain yogurt.
Hubby and I do the same on Fridays! Eat whatever the hell we want, usally a big fat STEAK, really good Hamburger or kick ass thin sliced NY PIZZA.

Grilled Chicken Primavera...possibly the healthiest microwave-dinner I've had in a while - it's got many vegetables, including those little tomatoes you find in salads (forget what they're called). You'll also find asparagus and broccoli in it.

Panic no problem about posting the same thread. I had tried to type in there and it was right as it was being deleted by the mods I was in the middle of a Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon ready-to-eat fillet that had been sitting in my fridge following the power outage. It seemed a little softer than it should. Oh well I ate most of it.

My big artery clogging breakfast I cook on Sundays: scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, home fried potatoes with onions and Cajun seasoning, maple bacon, flaky buttermilk biscuits, and a fantastic pot of dark roast coffee. Sticks to the ribs and puts hair on the chest!

I held my usual "Thanksgiving for the Disenfranchised" feast. I've been very creative with my left-overs and gaining weight at an alarming rate.
Tonight it was an open-faced Turkey Stuffing Sandwich bathed in Gravy. I anticipate a similar meal tomorrow using Mashed Potatoes. Finished the turkey already.

Went to my favorite Japanese hibachi restaurant last night. Didn't have my usual warm sake, but instead had a cold glass of Kirin Ichiban beer. The chef grilled up eggplant, mixed veggies, sprouts, and New York strip steak. I passed the grilled shrimp to the Mrs.
