I feel like I'm about to ask a dumb question. But...

I'm trying to post an avatar here and I've followed all the instructions, but nothing happens when I click on the "Select a different avatar" link. Do we have to have a certain amount of posts before we can post an avatar?

Right the bit that catches you out (caught me out anyway) will be that after you paste the direct link into the thing and click "Select new avatar" or whatever it is. It takes you back to the main profile page. You need to scroll down to the bottom and click the save down there AS WELL.

Edit: **It might simply be the fact that you aren't pasting the link in the text box BEFORE clicking "Select new avatar" - just remember the saving at the bottom of the screen as well.
