Hey Fans & Friends, I have been having an issue with an impersonator on *Orkut (*an international networking site) that has denied all my requests to get my images removed from their profile for over a year now. After filing impersonation reports through Orkut providing my ID as well as filling an additional DMCA/copyright complaint for using my images without my consent through Google.com AND Orkut, still no result. I have had to jump through hoops just to get in touch with Google/Orkut who has made no effort to help my situation. So here is what I'm hoping....
I was told that it is a possibility that an Orkut profile may be removed with 100+ "report abuse" clicks that will get the profile flagged and removed immediately... (we'll see)
However, this is what I need your help for! Please please PLEASE take the time to visit this link and report this file as abuse.
DIRECTIONS: View the linked profile, hit the ACTIONS > 'REPORT ABUSE' button > Select "Identity/Personal Information" >> Choose "Pretends to be My friend" and that is IT!
That is all I'm asking you to do. It will take no more than a minute or two, and hopefully with 100 clicks this profile will be down.
Getting this profile down means VERY MUCH to me. I have had this hanging over my head for a year now and I'm ready for this to be OVER.

It seems that Orkut has taken the first step and deleted the main image... but I probably still need more hits on this.... and I'm waiting for another correspondence back from them taking down my images too...I'll keep ya guys posted.

I seriously don't mind fans uploading a few shots I've posted in collections, threads, or forums but someone using a bunch of my images (and personal full face and body images) for a privately run foot fetish profile makes me feel icky all over....
That's MY face and MY image being used to represent someone else, so they can say and do whatever they like?
This is when "super fan" crosses into the line of malevolence... with spiteful ill will.
Most normal people settle for a writing a letter of admiration or getting in touch personally.... People with bad intentions do things like this.
