I know it's been out for a while but just saw it about an hour ago. Great flick. Just bringin' this subject up because of "The Cat".
I've never seen or thought of Anne Hathaway as sexy until seeing this movie. I thought of her as pretty, hot and a lil' geeky at times...lol. She pulled it off awesomely. If I had to define the word 'sexy' in a 2012 movie dictionary, I'll have a pic of her as "The Cat". Nice work, Thanks Anne

I've thought of her also through her movie making years, very sexy indeed, saw the movie when it first came out, hopefully she'll make more sexy movie parts, sure she could become a foot queen!!

Ok fine. Julie Newmar may have been a better Catwoman. Heck even Anne might have been a better Catwoman (to be honest, I wouldn't know. I haven't seen either of their Catwomen), but Halle Berry is by far the sexiest woman of all time. There is absolutely no challenging that.
It doesn't matter who you come at me with. Not Rihanna, Angelina Jolie, Sofia Vergara, Jennifer Anniston, Beyonce Knowles, Megan Fox, Padma Lakshmi, Paula Patton, or even Candice Swanpoel can compare to Halle Berry in overall sex appeal.

Julie Newmar was the only Catwoman to drive a Catillac. For real.
Anyway, I haven't seen Hathaway's version of Catwoman, nor do I care to because I can't stand that girl. But I'm willing to bet she made for a better Catwoman than Berry. To me, Halle Berry and Eartha Kitt ranks as the worse ones to play that role. Not only that, she was probably the worse Bond girl.
Putting Catwoman to the side for a moment, as far as sex appeal goes, I want factual evidence that supports your claims for Halle Berry. I don't want quotes pulled from Oprah magazine. I want reputable, independent, academic sources which credentials we can check. Let's see if you can identify, classify, and quantify the benefits that Halle Berry has over anyone else.
It's not that Halle is not sexy because I would roll in the haystack with her anytime. But I can easily make the case that Bar Refaeli or Kate Upton or Heidi Klum or THE Irina Shayk is sexier than Halle. Personally, I don't know who I would pick as the sexiest of all time, but I think any one of those four is better than Berry. Other than Upton, the other girls I mention would make for better Catwomen than Berry because that's not a role for bimbos.
If you want to make the case that Halle is the best, then by all means. But the bottom line is that you'll find even more people who will make a legitimate case for someone other than Halle. If that's the case, then what you said about Halle as being the only person on Earth who has a vagina will go without merit.
As long as there are people making the case that there are plenty of fish in the sea, even if some of them smells like tuna, then there is a discussion.
I think my picks are much (MUCH [MUCH]) better than Halle, but we're steering waaaaaaaaaay off topic with this. Let's stick to the topic at hand, shall we? Let's talk about the Dark Knight Rises. The only reason I thought about seeing that movie was because of the shootings up in Colorado. Sad situation, I know. But still.
I might check it out when it comes out on DVD.

I stopped paying attention to Maxim's list after some of the names I saw in this year's list. But since you brought up a link to a similar list, I might as go another round with you.
I guess you didn't see who Esquire named as the Sexiest Woman Alive for this year. So that's Number 1. Number 2, there are countless of women who have won various contests like FHM (both US and British versions) and Maxim every year since as early as 1995. I think askmen.com has their own version of something similar. How many of those winners were named Halle Berry? If this was undisputed and not worth discussing, then why do do the majority of people agree that there're others much hotter than Halle? If this was not worth discussing, then Halle should've done a better job over the years. Not only has she not done better, she's done worse than Megan Fox.
Your girl, Megan Fox, for example, has won as many of those contest as Halle did (2) in a shorter period of time, and she did better than Berry in the other lists where she didn't win. Way, waaaaaaaaay better. Way better. While Candice didn't win any of those contest, she also did way better than Halle over the last couple of years.
There, I just proved how nice Halle Berry is not.

By the way, if your original argument was Beyonce being the sexiest of all time, I would've bought in. I wouldn't agree, but at least I'll fully understand where you're coming from. She had the sexiest female music video of all time and everyone, including Taylor Swift's mom and boyfriend, knows it.

eh, kinda iffy on beyonce. she's beautiful thats for sure. but i'd say that rihanna and avril lavine are way hotter than beyonce.
But I guess that just bc a woman stops being hot (to me) after she's given birth. the only exception, of course, would be halle berry. who looks even hotter after giving birth.
i guess i just have a thing for halle berry. just that name makes me swoon.
