Which phone do you use?

I prefer apple phones. I started out fixing them for money. Then I got one as a gift that needed fixed. I haven't strayed away since. I know how to fix almost any problem without assistance and I can change how anything and everything looks and functions. Only thing I don't like is the lack of expandable storage.

HTC desire. Had it for over a year now and is still in good condition. Dropped it a few times and screen ain't cracked as I've seen alot of other phones have, plus micro USB is common so you can find a charger (away from home) almost anywhere.

How can you change the look of the iOS 7 blankness?

I've had a Galaxy S3 for a year and its the best phone I've had. The new update just made it even better. I plan on keeping this phone til it breaks. I have no desire to get a new phone.

I personally love the open-feel of android, but I dig hardware (QWERTY) keys; nothing beats those for sheer speed and accuracy, when you're pounding through tons of email and messages in your day-to-day life.

I use a Blackberry as my daily driver, and keep the android tablet on standby for media-heavy stuff (ya know, foot porn, or whatever ... haha). [Smile]

Samsung is pretty much taking over. Their rise to the top has been spectacular! They came out of nowhere and wrestled top spot away from Apple, who initially wrestled it away from Blackberry.

Amazing to see how quickly things change in the cell-phone market. [Smile]

At the moment, you can't. When a jailbreak gets released for iOS 7, you can use the jailbreak and install Winterboard. Then, you can make your iOS look however you want.

Not interested in jail broken phones, hope they come out with something for legit ones because the look definitely sucks.

I installed the jailbreak on my iPod touch and iPhone years ago. I keep them both updated, aside from iOS 7, and I love my jailbreaks.

Until Apple comes out with iOS 8, you're more than likely stuck with the new look. They said they wanted something new looking. Too bad they screwed up pretty bad. Glad I didn't get it.

I'm not a fan of buying something only to have features locked by the manufacturer, especially when those features add to my ability to customize, or be more productive.

If they made a more expensive "unlocked" version available, I'd buy it. But without that option, I'm all for rooting / jailbreaking.
